Refund Policy
The World Ecademy (TWE) establishes clear policies to ensure smooth academic operations for students, parents and other stakeholders. These regulations cover fees related to cancellations, withdrawals, and refunds, if applicable. The following policy applies to all programmes offered by The World School (TWE) and Examnation (EN) in online mode.
Please note that fees for recorded video courses are non-refundable.
Fees for all annual courses will be collected in three instalments in the months of May/June, August/September and November/December.
Regulations:
1. This Regulation outlines the procedure for, student liability towards the Institution in case of cancellation of admission and for refund of fees paid.
2. Any student admitted to any of the programmes offered by TWE & EN may apply for cancellation of his/ her admission up to 3 days before the commencement of classes. In such cases, all fees paid till the date of withdrawal bar any application fee and a processing fee of Rs 2500 will be refunded.
3. If a student applies for withdrawal lesser than 3 days before scheduled start of class or after start of class, no refunds will be permitted
3. Application for refund/ withdrawal has to be made by submitting the withdrawal form to the info@theworldecademy.com (email id). No other mode of application shall be accepted.
4. Students must complete their registration with the respective examination board (NIOS/BOSSE) within 7 days of the board’s enrolment notification. All applications, registrations, examination formalities, and fee payments must be handled directly by the student with the respective board.TWE will not be responsible for any transactions made to the board. All refund, cancellation, and other related policies will be governed entirely by the respective boards (NIOS/BOSSE).

5. Any disputes relating to Refund of Fee and other financial policies, irrespective of the domicile of the student shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in the City of Bangalore, Karnataka, India.
